zen-hollow provides premium business-class vehicle rental services in Perth, Western Australia. Services include executive sedan rentals, luxury SUV access, performance vehicle experiences, chauffeur services, corporate fleet solutions, and airport transfer arrangements.

Booking requests submitted through our website constitute an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Reservations become binding only after we confirm availability and you complete the payment process. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation. Payment is required in advance unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for services such as extended mileage, late returns, damage, or traffic violations.

Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals, subject to excess amounts specified in your rental agreement. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period up to the specified excess amount. Insurance does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized use, driver intoxication, or violation of rental terms.
You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before departure and reporting any existing damage or defects. Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in you being held liable for that damage.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling charge plus administrative fee will apply if the vehicle is returned without a full tank.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the rental fee. No-shows result in forfeiture of the full rental amount. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional charges. If you need to extend your rental period, contact us before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.
24-hour roadside assistance is provided for mechanical breakdowns or emergencies. Contact us immediately if you experience vehicle issues. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is secure and for any costs resulting from failure to follow proper breakdown procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zen-hollow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zen-hollow, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication, mediation may be pursued before legal action.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
